Yoga for Fitness

This casual daytime yoga class has an Americanized style that puts an emphasis on exercise, and is perfect for beginning and intermediate levels of fitness. By combining yoga postures, stretches and breathing awareness, your body will feel healthier and stronger. Instructor Evelyn Grauten will demonstrate and coach you by giving easy to follow modifications.
