Pilates Total Core

This is a unique form of fitness. Enjoy a series of core, leg, and arm strengthening exercises using various Pilates equipment, provided by instructor. A portable balance barre, also provided, will help to improve your stability. 

Wednesdays and Fridays, 11:00am – 12:00pm, Recreation Park in Long Beach
